The weather may have been inclement, but the hens have not stopped laying. They have been warm and dry in their new cozy coop, well fed with good wholesome organic fare supplemented by sprouted organic grain from a local baker and a daily spell on pasture. Eggs are ready for you now, Give me a call before you come so I can have them ready. ($7.50 a dozen).
Also in addition to the eggs, we have an abundance of salad greens, raised from seed in the greenhouse and planted out under tunnels for protection.
